Application Instruction and Process

A. On-line registration

Visit the HPCVC website (www.hpcvc.com) and complete the on-line registration.

B. Application submit

· Fill in each section of the on-line application form.

· Make sure that the information you provided in the application form is correct, and then click the button of “submit the application” to complete the on-line application.

C. Application acceptance

If the application is accepted by HPCVC, the applicant will receive a Notice of Acceptance through email within 5 working days from the date of the on-line submit of the application.

D. Documents submit

Once received the Notice of Acceptance, the applicant should send all the required documents (indicated in article 4 of the Measures) to HPCVC.

E. Verification completion

Usually the verification procedure could be completed within 20 working days from the date of receiving all the required documents. HPCVC will then send the verification directly to the regulatory authority.
